We enter into strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with all founders, investors, and partners. All materials shared with VYAN—including financials, customer data, and proprietary operating playbooks—are treated as confidential and are never circulated outside agreed diligence processes.
Conflict-of-Interest Policies
VYAN operates under a clear conflict-of-interest framework. We do not accept success fees that bias us toward any single transaction, and we disclose any potential conflicts to both founders and investors before proceeding. Our role is to protect the integrity of the deal, not to push volume.
